• Information you send us. When you email us, message us on LinkedIn or WhatsApp, fill in the contact form or book a call, we receive the details you provide. This usually means your name, email address, firm and the content of your message.
• Newsletter sign-ups. If you subscribe to Insights, we collect your email address so we can send you new articles.
• Usage data. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools may record basic technical information such as your browser type, the pages you visit, the referring site and an approximate location based on your IP address.

Confidential deal information

Deal materials shared during an engagement are covered by the NDA and engagement terms agreed with that client, not by this website policy. They are used only for that engagement.
